Availability & Operating Hours

My standard operating hours are between 9 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday, however I do my best to be available outside of these times. Office hours are from 8 am and 6 pm.

As this is a small, personalised service, availability can vary and appointments cannot always be guaranteed.

Where possible, I recommend reaching out at least 48 hours in advance of your preferred date to allow the greatest flexibility.

Pricing

$449

This one hour appointment fee includes travel, gentle sedation, and euthanasia.

Out of Hours & Weekend Fees
Appointments starting from 5pm +$150
Saturday, Sunday & public holidays +$100–$150

Additional travel fees apply outside the core service area (see below).

Payments

An invoice is sent at the time of booking so payment can be made prior to the appointment, allowing you to remain fully present with your loved one during our visit.
