Availability & Operating Hours

My standard operating hours are between 8 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday, however I do my best to be available outside of these times.

As this is a small, personalised service and I also work occasionally work in emergency practice, availability can vary and appointments cannot always be guaranteed.

Where possible, I recommend reaching out at least 48 hours in advance of your preferred date to allow the greatest flexibility.

Pricing

Standard Hours

Pricing includes travel, sedation prior to euthanasia and a clay paw print keepsake.

8AM – 4PM weekdays (excluding public holidays)

Early Evening & Weekend

Pricing includes travel, sedation prior to euthanasia and a clay paw print keepsake.

Weekdays 4PM – 6PM and Weekends 8AM – 6PM

$599

Late Evening & Public Holidays

Pricing includes travel, sedation prior to euthanasia and a clay paw print keepsake.

All days 6PM – 9PM (including public holidays)

Payments

An invoice is sent at the time of booking so payment can be made prior to the appointment, allowing you to remain fully present with your loved one during our visit.

Payment options:

  • Direct bank transfer (0% fee)

  • Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) (1.9% card fee applies)

  • Cash (please have the correct amount available as no change is carried)

Cancellation policy:

A full refund is provided with at least 8 hours’ notice. A $220 non-refundable booking fee will apply if bookings are cancelled or rescheduled within an 8 hour window before the appointment.
