To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please note the following:

Payment is required within 72 hours of booking to secure your appointment. For bookings made within this timeframe, payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made with at least 8 hours’ notice will receive a full refund. Changes or cancellations within 8 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $220 non-refundable booking fee.
If I arrive at your home and you choose not to proceed with the appointment, the full service fee will apply.
Bookings are only secured once payment has been received.
